Brucha FPV Drone Giveaway – Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Brucha Corp., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Brucha Corp.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
How to Enter: To enter, scan the QR code on the official Brucha giveaway card provided at the Metalcon Building Show and complete the entry form with your full name. One entry per person. Automated entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Prize: One (1) FPV drone (approximate retail value $100) will be awarded. Prize is non-transferable, no substitution or cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about Nov 15th, 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form within three (3) business days. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Publicity Release: By entering, participants grant Brucha Corp. the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Brucha Corp., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of CO, without respect to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Denver, CO.
