Peter Ferrari, VP Operations
“The hardest thing in operations is making something look easy,” says Peter Ferrari. “An elegant system isn’t simple by nature. It’s simple because everything unnecessary has been stripped away. That’s the work. Ruthless clarity. Relentless refinement.”
Peter’s approach to operations is rooted in systems thinking, pattern recognition, and disciplined adaptation. Where others see friction, he sees indicators. Where others push for speed, he builds for repeatability. His lens is always wide enough to see the full system and sharp enough to find the failure points before they cascade.
Peter’s background spans site-level execution, organizational leadership, and systems architecture. He’s spent years immersed in the operational realities where plans meet resistance, shaping his belief that the best systems are born not from theory, but from pressure-tested experience. What defines his contribution isn’t a resume. It’s a mindset. The best operations aren’t reactive or rigid. They’re resilient. Quietly constructed. Frictionless by design. The right system should reduce decision-making, not amplify it. It should make the right move obvious and the next step automatic.
At Brucha, Peter applies this philosophy daily, working across disciplines to make complex systems behave more like simple ones. His focus is alignment: people, tools, and processes moving in sync without friction or force. That is where the real power is.
He isn’t interested in noise. He is interested in traction, the kind that doesn’t burn out.
And if that traction is invisible to the outside world? Even better. That means the system is working.

Maggie Christiansen, VP Sales
"Embracing new adventures, whether in our professional or personal life, introduces us to outside our comfort zones.", says Maggie Christiansen. The new VP of Sales at Brucha is no stranger to moving outside comfort zones and conventional wisdom.
It's a challenge to come into a storied organization, but Maggie shows it can be done with presence, enthusiasm, and generosity. From her early days, she gained firsthand experience by accompanying her dad to job sites, trade shows, and sales calls, fostering a deep appreciation for the industry and a commitment to building strong relationships, in other words, following in his footsteps .
Maggie launched her career as an Outside Sales Representative at national firm in Ralston, NE, where she spent ten years specializing in the sales of insulated panels, underfloor insulation, and doors. She then advanced to a leading IMP manufacturer, taking on the role of Midwest Regional Sales Manager, where over the next decade, she played a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening client relationships, eventually ascending to the position of Director of Engineered Building Systems.
Now, with almost a lifetime of experience in cold storage and engineered building systems, Maggie is the perfect addition to our team, based in Denver CO. She is engaged to expand Brucha's North American footprint, serving a plethora of new customers in new market segments -- and she couldn't be more thrilled at the opportunity!

Matt Walterson, Estimator and Project Manager
With over 18 years of hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, and building systems, Matt Walterson brings a deep-rooted passion for craftsmanship and legacy to every project he touches. He joined BRUCHA in October 2024 after a successful seven-year tenure at a leading IMP company, where he helped deliver some of the largest industrial projects across North America—including distribution hubs, battery plants, and automotive manufacturing facilities.
Before entering the insulated panel industry, Matt honed his skills in roofing, metal fabrication, and even custom food truck builds—an unconventional but invaluable foundation that gave him a comprehensive understanding of materials, mechanics, and modular construction.
Driven by the belief that every great builder leaves a legacy, Matt draws inspiration from the words often attributed to José Martí: “Every man should build a house, plant a tree, and write a book.” Whether he’s working with architects on envelope design or spending weekends woodworking and building cars, Matt approaches each task with the intention to create something that lasts—both structurally and symbolically.
At BRUCHA, Matt is committed to helping clients build smarter, faster, and more sustainably—with panel solutions that stand the test of time.
