We are proud to introduce the Brucha Trades Initiative

The Brucha Trades Initiative is a program designed to strengthen the skilled trades through education, access, and real-world support. By partnering with trade schools and apprenticeship programs, Brucha is investing directly in the installer pipeline — where quality, safety, and long-term performance are defined.

BRUCHA Trades Initiative

The BRUCHA Trades Initiative exists to support the people who actually build America.

While much of the construction industry focuses on materials and specifications, BRUCHA believes performance begins with installation. Skilled tradespeople don’t just execute plans — they determine outcomes. The Trades Initiative is our commitment to strengthening the installer pipeline through education, access, and real-world support.

A Practical, Measured Approach

This is not a one-size-fits-all sponsorship program.
It is a relationship-first, needs-driven initiative designed to scale responsibly over time.

BRUCHA partners directly with trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and workforce development organizations to understand their specific challenges — from tool access to job readiness — and then tailors support accordingly.

Pilot Program: Denver, Colorado

The initiative launched with a pilot partnership in Denver alongside BuildStrong Academy, a nonprofit construction training organization serving students entering the skilled trades.

For the Denver pilot, BRUCHA committed a dedicated budget to support:

  • Student tool funds

  • Essential equipment and safety gear

  • Program enablement and classroom support

  • Internship pathways within BRUCHA’s operations team

This pilot serves as the foundation for how the Trades Initiative will expand nationally.

Why It Matters

Panels don’t succeed on paper — they succeed on job sites.

By investing in the people who install, inspect, and maintain building systems, BRUCHA is helping raise the standard of construction while building a stronger, more capable workforce for the future.

This is how we live our installer-first philosophy — not just in words, but in action.
