Voidless™ Panel, Up To 2-HR Fire Resistance
The DP-F Voidless™ Roof Panel is a non-combustible insulated panel designed for sloped roof applications requiring non-combustible construction.It features a high density mineral wool core chemically bonded to steel facings for maximum structural performance and fire resistance.
Compatible with single- or double-slope roof pitches of 1/2:12 (2.5º) or greater*, the DP-F mineral fiber roof panel installs without mechanical seaming. DP-F panels can interface directly with Brucha’s DP (PIR+) Roof Panel with no adapters or special transitions required.
The panel system includes color-matched triple-sealed fastening in conjunction with Brucha’s CoverLock™ joint geometry for vapor-tight protection and long-term performance.
This FireLock™ Joint enhances load transfer and span capabilities, reinforces weather resistance, and ensures consistent alignment across the panel span. Additionally, no field applied joint sealant is required. The system accomodates both steel and wood purlin installations.
